Zale corp must be investigated in the way they pay the commisions to their employees. No commission report is provided with paychecks so the employee is left with no information about their earnings. Many times the receipts for the pay period do not correspond to the amount paid. When confronted, management fails to provide a true explanation on how the commissions are paid. Next thing will be to give paychecks without a paystub. employees dont need to know how they are paid just how much. way to go zale corp.
